Rename the free-threading Hypothesis job to Hypothesis FT (#1609)

## What do these changes do?

Renames the `hypothesis-freethreading` CI job to `hypothesis-ft`, and
its display name from "Hypothesis (free-threading)" to "Hypothesis FT",
to match `hypothesis-gil`. The `check` job's `needs` list and the three
test comments that name the job are updated to match.

## Are there changes in behavior for the user?

No.

## Is it a substantial burden for the maintainers to support this?

No. If branch protection lists "Hypothesis (free-threading)" as a
required check, that entry has to be updated; the `check` job, which
gates on every job, needs no change.
