feat: a reply starts addressed to whoever sent the message (#59)

Reads the sender_id Fellowship now puts in the envelope, keeps it in the
history, passes it on the reply route, and has Compose choose that member
once the directory is in. By id, never by name; a sender with no
registered device, the member's own message, an admin send, or a message
held from before the field existed chooses nobody.
