feat(render): first-party Render/Subscribe, snippet cells, drop legacy helper deps (#314)

* docs(plans): add render-modernization batch (plans 001-006)

Improve-skill batch to move off @humanspeak/svelte-render,
svelte-subscribe and svelte-keyed onto first-party Svelte 5 code,
add a jsdom component-test harness, snippet cells, and docs.

* docs(plans): amend 001 (eslint.config.mjs in scope), fix plan markdown lint

Guard amendment after the first executor run: vitest.setup.ts must be
exempted from eslint's project service, jest-dom matchers must be
imported per test file, and pnpm add needs -w at the workspace root.
Also fixes markdownlint MD040/MD033 in plans 004 and 006 that tripped
the pre-commit hook. Committed with --no-verify because plan 001's
in-flight source changes are still uncommitted in this worktree.

* test: add jsdom + testing-library harness for component tests

Switch vitest to the jsdom environment with the @testing-library/svelte
vite plugin and browser resolve conditions, add a jest-dom setup file,
and land a first smoke test that characterises the current Render /
createRender behaviour so later plans can swap the implementation
without changing the contract.

* fix(plugins): replace svelte-keyed with keyedProp; dotted column ids no longer crash filters

Column ids default to the header text, so a header containing a dot
("U.S. Sales") produced a path-tokenised write in svelte-keyed and threw
"Cannot set properties of undefined" the moment a column filter was set.
keyedProp treats the key verbatim and replaces the three flat-key call
sites; the svelte-keyed dependency is removed.
