project: add --desktop flag for host desktop capture and input

A Wayland client cannot read other windows or inject input, so --wayland
only shows the box's own windows on the host. --desktop (config key
desktop) forwards the Wayland socket, the D-Bus session bus, and the
PipeWire sockets together, and screen capture and input travel over the
ScreenCast and RemoteDesktop portals. Each fresh session shows one approval
dialog on the host. --desktop covers --wayland on its own, and warns that
an approved session sees and controls the whole host session.

The image gains the portal client stack (PipeWire, GStreamer capture
plugins, dbus-next) and a host-desktop helper driving the portals (check,
shot, click, move, key, type, scroll, and a serve mode retaining one
approved session behind a loopback HTTP API).
