Add opt-in client-side navigation that works seamlessly with server rendering: set router = true on a ReactRoute and router: true in createViteConfig(), and every URL is still rendered on the server in full while, after the first load, clicks between the app's pages fetch that page's props as JSON (the same URL with an X-Rapidrest-Navigation header, answered with Vary and cached like the HTML), load its module and stylesheets, and swap it in without loading a document, with history, scroll restoration, prefetch on hover/focus, latest-navigation-wins, and a browser navigation as the fallback whenever it can't be sure (unknown URL, redirect, error status, modified click, failed load or render) Build it on the existing file routes by sharing route templates between the server's resolution and a generated client route table, add Link, useRouter, usePathname and useParams to @rapidrest/react/client, build one router entry per app alongside each page's hydration entry so the server can read each page's stylesheets and chunks from the manifest, and look up a page's manifest entry by name before its source path since a dynamically loaded page module is a chunk of its own Add tests for each at 100% coverage and document the change in the README, changelog and release notes, and move the isDevMode() docblock back above the method it describes
