Pull #26

jqueguiner
feat(sentence): ordinals are read in plain mode and written in figures (15th, 1er, 2e, 3º, 2.)

"due on the fifteenth" came back as "due on the 15": the English grammar
reads a trailing ordinal as its cardinal, and the other languages never
matched one at all ("le vingt-troisième jour" was left in words).

The cardinal walk now also tries the ordinal table when the cardinal
reading fails, remembers that a run was an ordinal, and writes a rank in
the language's figures: en 21st / 22nd / 3rd / 15th / 111th, fr 1er /
1re / 2e, es-pt-it 3º / 20ª, de 2., nl 15e (num2words2's `ordinal_num`
for anything else).

What stays in words, on purpose:
- "first" / "second" and their translations on their own, away from a
  month: "first of all", "wait a second", "your first name", "la première
  fois", "premier ministre", "un segundo", "zum ersten Mal". Next to a
  month or "of the month" they are a date: "the 2nd of may", "september
  the 1st", "le 1er avril", "el 1º de mayo", "am 2. April";
- a fraction: "a fifth of", "two thirds", "three quarters", "un dixième";
- a compound is always a rank: "twenty first", "one hundred and fifth",
  "vingt-troisième".

Lookup: the ordinal table holds num2words' one form per number; speech
agrees it with the noun, so a miss retries the canonical spelling of an
inflected token — fr première / second(e), es primer(a) / tercer(a) /
-a / -as, it -a / -i / -e, pt -a / -os / -as, de zweiten / zweiter /
zweites / zweitem.

Supersedes the "twenty first" -> "21" expectation in test_lang_EN (it was
guarding against the year reading; the ordinal reading is "21st").
Pull Request #26: feat(sentence): ordinals are read in plain mode and written in figures (15th, 1er, 2e, 3º, 2.)
