feat: turn Rabbit into a Composer library (#62)

Rabbit is no longer a WordPress plugin. WhatsApp requires it through
Composer and registers its driver and MemberMessenger into Unity's
container itself, the same conversion Beacon made for Tamar.

- Remove rabbit.php, Plugin, RabbitServiceProvider, build.php, readme.txt
  and uninstall.php. The roles stay as classes; WhatsApp wires them.
- UserAgent reads the package version from Composer; there is no header.
- CI runs the gates only. Releases are vX.Y.Z tags cut by hand, like
  Beacon and wp-mocks. This one ships as v2.1.0.
- No registry, unlike Beacon: MemberMessenger needs Unity's container for
  the member repository and Scrutiny's audit logger, so the driver lives
  there and every consumer can already reach it.

rabbit/loaded, rabbit/register_services, rabbit(), RABBIT_KILL and
UserAgent::plugin() are gone. WhatsApp was their only user and moves to
the library in the same step, so this is released as a minor rather
than a major: nothing was functionally developed.
