feat(caldav): let a store refuse one write with 403

A collection can be writable in general and still have resources a client
must not touch — an entry it did not create, or a date outside a window the
application enforces. ForbiddenException thrown from putEvent() or
deleteEvent() becomes a 403 with a WebDAV precondition, instead of a 500
that reads like the server is broken.
