feat: add GetFullSchemaTypeMappingUnderPath (fixes #1546) (#594)

GetFullSchemaTypeMapping can only see schemas of the root package:
anything defined in kcl.mod [dependencies] comes back with PkgPath
"__main__" and a nil BaseSchema when the base schema lives in another
package (https://github.com/kcl-lang/kcl/issues/1546).

Wrap the KclService.GetSchemaTypeMappingUnderPath RPC (available in the
Rust core since kcl-lang/kcl#1766 and exposed by kcl-lang/lib in the
matching release) as GetFullSchemaTypeMappingUnderPath, returning a map
keyed by package name with per-package schema lists carrying correct
PkgPath / BaseSchema fields.

Requires a kcl-lang/lib release containing
ServiceClient.GetSchemaTypeMappingUnderPath.
