feat(caldav): discovery, several collections per account, getctag

K4 and K5. CalDavRouter serves the whole tree of one account — root,
principal, calendar home, the calendars under it and their events — so a
client is handed one address and finds the rest itself. Apple Calendar and
DAVx5 do not finish setting up an account without that, and one account
could not offer more than one calendar.

CalendarCollectionInterface and CalendarHomeInterface are what an
application implements. A collection carries its display name, colour,
description, writability and — the one that decides whether a phone syncs
in a few bytes or downloads a year of days every ten minutes — its ctag.

A collection that is not writable says so in current-user-privileges and
answers 403 to PUT and DELETE, instead of taking the write and losing it.
