Read a TLEN that ends with a NUL terminator

ID3v2.4 lets a text frame end with a NUL, and ffmpeg writes TLEN that
way when it rebuilds a tag. findTLEN passed the terminator straight to
ParseInt, which rejected it, so ReadTLEN returned 0 and the episode list
fell back to a 128 kbps size estimate for every recording whose tag
ffmpeg wrote last.

Trim the terminator before parsing.
