Pin that a recording with audio spends the manual request

The session counts as a recording only once the recorder reports its
first audio write, and that report now comes from inside streamToFile.
If it never arrived, the session would end in its starting state and
hand the request back, so the next poll would record another stream
outside the schedule without anyone asking.

Drive a real recorder with audio through pollAndRecord, then assert the
request is spent and the next poll records nothing.
