feat(caldav): all-day events, real PROPFIND, consistent ETags, DOM filters

K1 — ICalEvent::$allDay, DTSTART;VALUE=DATE on export with an exclusive
DTEND, parser recognises DATE values and no longer leaks the current time
into a date-only DTSTART.

K2 — PROPFIND parses its body with DOM, answers exactly the requested
properties, reports unknown ones in a 404 propstat, and honours Depth: 1
with one response per event.

K3 — the ETag is the hash of the stored event and nothing else, so PUT,
GET, PROPFIND and REPORT agree. If-Match / If-None-Match are enforced,
which is what stops two devices from silently overwriting each other.

K6 — calendar-query filters are read from the XML tree instead of a
regular expression over the raw body, plus calendar-multiget.
