Use md_traverse() and md_clear() as the GC slots directly (#1589)

## What do these changes do?

Drops the `multidict_tp_traverse()` and `multidict_tp_clear()` wrappers
in `_multidict.c`. `md_traverse()` now visits the type and the module
reference itself, and both it and `md_clear()` are registered as
`Py_tp_traverse` / `Py_tp_clear` directly. C extension only; the
pure-Python backend has no equivalent.

## Are there changes in behavior for the user?

No.

## Is it a substantial burden for the maintainers to support this?

No; it removes two trivial forwarding functions.
