* feat: Migrate row virtualization to igc-virtual-scroll

Replace @lit-labs/virtualizer and the custom flow layout with
igc-virtual-scroll from igniteui-webcomponents, which the grid
already depends on. This drops a dependency, and fewer off-screen
rows render.

igc-virtual-scroll reuses a row element for another data row while
it still holds focus. The focused cell then shows another row.
addBodyFocus moves focus to the body when the focused row is
recycled or removed, so only the active cell ever holds focus.

Only the active row receives the active node. Other rows get a
shared sentinel, so recycling does not re-render them.

Also simplify src:
- Add shared visibleColumns() and clamp() helpers.
- Remove ReactiveController wiring from controllers that have no
  lifecycle hooks.
- Replace the css`` theme wrappers with plain style maps.
- Remove dead code and header CSS selectors that match nothing.
