Read Flask-Security durations in weeks or ISO 8601, on any Flask-Security version

Flask-Security builds a timedelta from "<amount> <unit>", using the unit as a timedelta keyword, so "1 week" failed (at startup as of 5.9), and ISO 8601 durations were not supported. We now parse each duration setting ourselves ("1 week", "7 days", "P1W"; months and years are refused, having no fixed length), and hand it over as a timedelta to 5.9, or in seconds to 5.8, which only reads strings. This relieves hosts of choosing a unit Flask-Security can read, so the default is "1 week" again, and the changelog no longer needs to warn about it.
