style: standardize floating-point output in examples (#434)

* Standardize floating-point output in examples

Show small nonzero calibration and risk values without scientific notation or rounding them to zero. Give matrix and residual tables enough width for the additional digits, and keep C++ and Python examples consistent.

* Align example formatting code with project test conventions

Move formatter coverage into the shared GoogleTest target so CTest reports cases consistently. Order example includes by standard, DAL, and local groups and add the required file headers to address PR review findings.
