* docs: bring the white paper and animation up to date

The white paper had drifted from the code: legacy operation and credential
proofs, stale registry timings (Bitcoin imports at one confirmation;
Ethereum and Solana import only finalized blocks), Hyperswarm ordering by
timestamp rather than canonical CID, JSON examples that no longer match
what Keymaster writes, and privacy claims for polls and secret-membership
vaults that overstated what the code provides. It also omitted shipped
components: the Rust Gatekeeper, Python Keymaster, Herald, the DIDComm
relay, the Lightning, pinning and Filecoin mediators, VC 2.0 credentials
with eddsa-jcs-2022 proofs, and the Lean convergence proofs.

The animation repeated the stale registry timings, the legacy proof type,
a nonexistent batch-index ordinal field and the nonce-style challenge.

Clarify that genesis is confirmed by definition, that the middle ordinal
component is chain-specific (with CID tie-breaks for Solana), that vault
member removal is not key revocation, where Drawbridge's paywall applies,
and that a retired key can still sign a competing sibling. Show the full
operation proof in the animation.

* docs: correct credential id, cipher_hash and poll eligibility details

Issued credentials are re-signed with their asset DID as `id`;
`cipher_hash` and `cipher_sender` serialize as null rather than being
absent; and the poll owner is an eligible voter without being a vault
member.
