* feat: move instance registration out of utils and make it a singleton

* refactor: replace InstanceCounter in UnleashClient by InstanceRegistry singleton

* feat: wire async client with InstanceRegistry

* docs: make comments more honest

* docs: reword changelog

* refactor: make _InstanceRegistry private

* refactor: rename to _get_instance_registry

* refactor: use the `.get` default param instead of `or`

* fix: return MultipleInstancesNotAllowedError instead of Exception

* makes it same style as count and shorter
