ci(22): drop raw private-registry login from the CircleCI test job (CI-02)

- Removes the argv-password docker login to the private registry in
  "Starting Support Services"; nothing on the test path pulls from it
- D-01 pre-check: repo grep, compose/Dockerfile.test/broker FROM lines,
  worker builder pulls and the last green test job output (build 15400)
  reference no private-registry image
- dhi.io and docker.io stdin logins and the registry-login command unchanged
