Step 15: Drop the JWTProofChecker.resolveKey wrapper

golangci-lint's `unused` check fails the build on it:

  verifier/jwt_proof_checker.go:276:29: func (*JWTProofChecker).resolveKey is unused

Step 7 moved the last caller to resolveKeys when verification started trying every
candidate key a DID document offers - a vc+jwt routinely carries no kid, so there
is nothing to narrow the verification methods down with. The single-key wrapper
was left behind with no callers.

Only the one-line method goes; ResolveKeyFromDID stays, since
ResolveCandidateKeysFromDID still calls it for the kid-narrowed case.
