refactor(nodes): accept byte slice in CidrFromPath

Change CidrFromPath signature to accept octets ([]byte) instead of
a StridePath array value. Centralize the copy into StridePath inside
CidrFromPath to eliminate redundant local array allocations and copy
boilerplate across node traversal and compression methods.

Regenerated methods via templates.
