fix: remove `lerp_monotonic` from `FloatExt` (#865)

Adding a required method to a public trait is a breaking change for
downstream implementors, so `FloatExt::lerp_monotonic` must not ship in
a
patch release. Remove it from the trait and the `f32`/`f64` impls (via
`templates/float.rs.tera`); the float vector types keep their
`lerp_monotonic` methods.

`slerp` no longer calls the scalar trait method to interpolate vector
lengths; the monotone form is inlined so equal lengths stay exact.

`FloatExt::lerp` keeps the precise `self * (1 - s) + rhs * s` form.
