Drop the docs left behind by the asset rework

The asset rework removed `rails_admin/custom/*` and the Sprockets manifests,
which several pages were still written around, and a wiki migration had
carried over two copies of the Froala page that predate all of it.

- troubleshoot.md loses the twitter-bootstrap-rails and anjlab-bootstrap-rails
  recipes, which patch files the gem has not shipped for years, the "Asset
  pipeline" section, whose advice reaches back to `initialize_on_precompile`
  and Heroku's cedar stack, the bootstrap-sass namespacing note and the
  NestedFields one, which both describe an asset pipeline RailsAdmin no
  longer uses
- froala.md and add-custom-css-and-js-assets.md are deleted: both are copies
  of froala-wysiwyg-html-editor.md, neither is linked, and the latter's title
  never matched its contents
- the Froala page drops the `wysiwyg-rails` gem step, since the editor comes
  from a CDN, and its plugin recipe now points `js_location` at a build of
  your own instead of at `custom/ui.js`
- ckeditor.md loses the modal workaround, which the gem now handles itself
