qml: a tree edit drops the address cache

m_address_cache maps a script's address strings to raw parameter
pointers, and was only cleared when the device list changes. A
Device.removeNode() destroys a parameter without touching that list, so
a later Device.read() or Device.write() of the removed address found the
cached pointer and used the destroyed parameter.

editTree() now clears the cache after the edit, under m_mutex like every
reader of the cache, whether the edit runs at once or through the tree
editor.
