Merge function catalog with argument hints; auto-open call on Tab

FUNCTION_NAMES and ARG_HINTS were always a 1:1 mapping (every catalog
entry had exactly one ARG_HINTS entry), so they are now a single
src/functions/catalog.rs FUNCTIONS list of (name, args) pairs, with
function_names() deriving the name-only view used for Tab completion.
tests/arg_hints.rs is renamed to tests/function_arg_hints.rs to match.

Also: completing a function name to its single unambiguous match now
appends the opening "(" too (e.g. typing "atan2" then Tab yields
"atan2("), instead of requiring a second Tab press once the name is
already fully typed. Ambiguous prefixes with multiple candidates are
unaffected.
