ci: add full-repository Opcore check and badge (#1158)

## Summary

- Add an Opcore 0.3.2 full-source CI check and README badge, with Fast
and native Rust providers on the committed tree.
- Resolve every finding from the full check through focused Rust,
Python, and UI changes. The UI refactors preserve editor behavior while
bringing source within the checked policy.
- Exclude only the two PowerShell test scripts that Opcore cannot parse;
the existing Windows CI lane continues to run them.
- Reject unknown Python run/submit option names before native I/O and
cover the mounted editor’s edit-to-save flow in response to review
feedback.

## Validation

- Opcore 0.3.2 committed-tree check: `allow`; Fast and native Rust both
complete and exhaustive, zero diagnostics.
- Rust library tests: 1,077 passed, 7 ignored; UI-feature Rust tests:
1,213 passed, 7 ignored. UI-feature Clippy and `cargo fmt --all --
--check` passed.
- UI: build and all 348 tests passed; Prettier check passed.
- Python SDK: mypy, Ruff check, and Ruff format check passed.
- Repository ESLint and workflow YAML validation passed; independent
subagent reviewed and approved every fix and the final CI command.
