docparse: remove the base name fallback from findNested

findNested used the base name key when findType could not resolve the package of a field. The package of a field always resolves from the file of its struct, unless the code does not compile. In that case the fallback gave the same error from resolveType, or a stored key that can belong to another package with the same base name. findNested now returns the findType error.
