docparse: cover the fallback and error paths of the base name clash fix

New tests cover the stored reference fallback in GetReference, the GetReference errors from findNested, fieldToSchema and resolveArray, the open object that resolveMap gives on an error, and the map-types fallback for a slice element that findType does not find.
