fix: raise server keepAliveTimeout above cloudflared's connection reuse window

Node's http server defaults keepAliveTimeout to 5s, shorter than cloudflared
tunnel's keep-alive connection reuse window. When Node closes an idle socket
right as cloudflared reuses it for a new LINE webhook request, the request
is dropped mid-flight, surfacing as intermittent LINE `request_timeout`
webhook errors (seen recurring since at least 2026-09-11, in bursts,
unrelated to the ai#145 SSE heartbeat fix).
