Add root-finding functions: bisect and secant

bisect(expr, var, a, b, tolerance) (bisection method) and secant(expr,
var, x0, x1, tolerance) (secant method) locate a zero of an expression
treated as a function of a single variable, sharing the same
expression-and-bare-variable calling convention (and reusing the same
argument validation) as the existing numeric-integration functions.
Neither requires a derivative, unlike Newton-Raphson, which isn't
implemented since the calculator has no symbolic differentiation.

Also renames src/functions/number_theory.rs to numbertheory.rs for
consistency with the rest of the module tree's single-word names (base,
combinatorics, rootfinding, etc.).

Function count 174 -> 176.
