Use roots of named unions in all targets (#759)

We introduce ``NamedUnion.roots`` in the intermediate representation
next to ``implementers``. The roots mirror the meta-model: the classes
listed in the union, with nested named unions inlined, without
flattening them to concrete classes. The roots may overlap, *e.g.*,
when a class is listed next to its ancestor.

All the SDK targets (C++, C#, Go, Java, Python and TypeScript) now
represent a named union by its roots. The de-serialization still
dispatches on the concrete implementers, as they appear on the wire,
and wraps the instance in its most specific root. XSD and JSON Schema
remain based on the implementers.

In Go, the run-time dispatch of a union now switches on the model type,
as the structural interfaces could not tell the roots apart.

In C++, the JSON serialization of a class whose run-time type is open
now dispatches only over the concrete classes of that class, instead of
going through ``SerializeIClass``. Thus the fallibility of
the serialization propagates exactly from the reachable classes to
the classes and named unions which hold them. This also fixes a
compilation error for a class which can not fail in a meta-model where
other classes can, which we test with a new C++ test case.
