Route advanced/special functions through the shared integration engine

ellipticE/F, dilog, erf, erfc, si, ssi, ci, chi, dawson, fresnelC/S
previously used a private, module-local adaptive Simpson's-rule
integrator, duplicating the general-purpose numeric integration engine
(functions::integration::adaptive) built in a later pass. These now
route through that shared engine instead (same underlying algorithm,
so no precision/behavior change - all worked examples and existing
test tolerances are preserved).

gamma keeps its own fixed-step Riemann sum unchanged, since that's
what the pre-existing worked example (gamma(0.5) = 1.77244070463831)
was computed with, not the true closed-form sqrt(pi).

Updates docs/functions/advanced.md, docs/functions/numeric-integration.md,
DESIGN.md, CHANGELOG.md, and src/functions/financial.rs's module doc
comment to drop the now-resolved TODO and stale 'stand-in integrator'
references. Full test suite (207 tests) fmt, and clippy all clean;
coverage unchanged at 99.42% line coverage overall.
