Remove .pas file/function-name citations from docs

Docs cited specific original Pascal source file and function names
(MCalc.pas, Finance.pas, Tegral/Gauss/ShortGamma/Factor, and the long
Sln/Syd/.../PVAL function lists) as porting provenance. These are
internal implementation details of the original engine that don't
help a reader of the port's docs; replace with generic 'ported from
the original engine' phrasing while keeping the substantive porting
notes (algorithm differences, naming quirks) intact.
