Replace LangChain with llmbroker: free pool, direct models, streaming

- AI articles go through llmbroker 1.11.0: the default Article on the free pool
  (OpenRouter reasoning models excluded), other articles on direct paid models
  (gpt/gpt-fast/opus) with reasoning-effort and processing-tier knobs
- sidebar articles stream as NDJSON from /translate/stream (sync llmbroker stream,
  gzip bypassed, abort on a new selection); book access checked on both translate views
- word + sentence context instead of marks; echo-words short-article and In depth prompts
- no API keys in lexiflux: llmbroker reads the operator's keys from env/.env;
  AI Settings page and AIModelConfig removed (schema-only migration, no data migration)
- lexiflux-owned llmbroker state (.llmbroker locally and in Docker, Postgres on Koyeb)
- Ollama removed from Docker; docs, spec (specs/ai-articles.md) and plan updated
- Playwright e2e tests for the reader's AI panels; context/prompt bench in experiments/
