Removed Reflection from ancestor method scanning

Reflection crashes with fatal error for files that cannot be compiled,
while invalid files can still be tokenized. The only obstacle was to
capture FQNs of a parent and implemented interfaces and locate their
filenames. This was solved by intercepting the autoloader's file
inclusions.
