feat: current() support for cross-element joins in Schematron asserts

FR-3 from bpmn-tools Phase 3.5:

- new `current()` function in functions.py implementing XSLT semantics:
  inside an assert test it returns the node the rule context matched
  (NOT the dynamic context item, which changes inside predicates),
  enabling joins plain XPath cannot express (e.g. a bpmn:messageFlow
  joining back to the bpmn:process ancestor of the node its targetRef
  names)
- mechanism: thread-local stash set by Schematron.validate() around each
  assert evaluation (set_current_context / finally-cleared); without a
  stash binding, current() falls back to the evaluation context item
  (equivalent to `.` at top level, harmless outside validation)
- node returns wrapped in elementpath EtreeElementNode so results work
  in path steps and predicates (raw Elements break with XPTY0019)
- tests: bpmn-shaped cross-element join (messageFlow -> process via
  targetRef), context-item fallback, bare-call behavior
