Align C++ description of XML nodes (#757)

The C++ SDK described a start or a stop node which resides in no
namespace with the suffix " in no namespace", e.g.:

    Expected a start element <data>, but got a start node <struct> in no
    namespace

while all the other SDKs report the same error without the suffix. As
the live tests of all the languages share the recorded errors, only one
of the two wordings could be recorded, and the recorded error of
``json_types`` was stale for C++.

We drop the suffix in C++ so that the SDKs agree.
