Rename isprime to prime?

Exposes the primality function under the Scheme-style predicate name
prime? instead of isprime, matching the convention of ending predicate
names with ?. The Rust implementation function keeps the isprime name
(? isn't a valid Rust identifier character).

Lexer now accepts a single trailing ? in identifiers so prime? lexes
as one token, alongside letters/digits/underscore.

Updates docs/functions/number-theory.md, DESIGN.md, README examples,
and CHANGELOG.md (not yet released, so edited in place rather than
adding a separate changelog entry).
