Add HISTORY.md and enrich planned function docs from the original manual

- HISTORY.md: links to archive.org snapshots (site, concepts, history,
  bibliography, doc toolchain, full 189-page PDF manual, HTML doc tree),
  the Euler dedication, guestbook comments, dblock/excalc, and photos
  of the 2.43 UI and the 1997 Global Calculator CD-ROM (MediaGlobe).
- docs/functions/general.md (new): abs, frac, intg, round, trunc,
  ceil, floor, random.
- docs/functions/logic.md (new): comparison and bitwise/logical
  operators.
- docs/functions/number-theory.md, advanced.md, financial.md: replaced
  placeholder tables with real formulas/examples transcribed from the
  original Expression Calculator 2.43 Users Guide.
- docs/README.md, DESIGN.md: link new pages, update scope notes.
