Bring test coverage to ~99% line coverage

Add targeted unit tests for previously-untested error/edge-case
branches across trig.rs (reciprocal + hyperbolic-reciprocal functions
and their domain/division-by-zero errors), stats.rs (empty-args and
domain errors), eval.rs (unknown variable, factorial overflow, log/root
domain errors, wrong-arg-count), lexer.rs (decimals, scientific
notation, invalid characters), and parser.rs (missing paren, trailing
tokens, unary plus). Add tests/cli.rs to exercise the compiled binary
end-to-end, bringing main.rs to 100%.

Remove a dead/unreachable Token::Minus arm in parser.rs's
parse_primary (unary minus is always intercepted earlier by
parse_unary). Document the 3 remaining uncovered lines (tan/sec/sech
division-by-zero guards) as mathematically unreachable defensive code.
