The six integration tests timed out because nothing claimed the `:integration` jobs. The promoter promoted the scheduled job, and a newly started `:priority` dispatcher still ran its jobs, but the existing `:integration` dispatcher never polled again.

That happens after the RPC test calls `Node.start/1`. The node is no longer `nonode@nohost`, so Mnesia's automatic copy mode switches from RAM to disc and reloads the tables. The CI log shows that reload failing with a missing ETS table (`:kathikon_batches`). The integration dispatcher stays stuck in that load, while `start_queue/1` still reports success because the old process is alive.

Tests now pin `mnesia_copies: :ram` in `config/test.exs`, so a distributed RPC node does not rebuild the schema as disc. Each integration test also resumes the queues and replaces the `:integration` dispatcher before inserting. The `pause_all` fallback test resumes the queues it pauses, so that pause cannot leak into later tests.
