validator: add OverlappingFieldsCanBeMerged spec cases

9a84c0a taught sameValue to compare object and list argument values, but
the end-to-end cases its message describes were never staged, so only the
rule change and its unit test landed.

TestValidation walks the tree for *.spec.yml, so the file needs no
registration. Five cases on an inline schema: conflicting object, list and
nested object arguments, which fail against the pre-9a84c0a rule, plus
identical arguments and reordered object fields, which guard the opposite
failure mode of reporting a conflict where the spec says the fields merge.

The schema is inline SDL rather than an index into
imported/spec/schemas.yml, since export.sh regenerates that file from
graphql-js and the indices shift with it.
