lexiflux downstream host, sync-stream spec and test tightened

downstream.toml gains lexiflux (plain llmbroker, uv venv + requirements.dev.txt,
pytest without the selenium/playwright/real_llm markers, pyrefly as its
pre-commit runs it). The call-path spec now says what a direct model's sync
stream does: a plain generator that closes its connection when closed or
dropped. The consumer-generator test also covers `with` inside the generator
and pins that closing it cancels the provider request at once.
