test: run thread tests for both backends

Under Tarantool the default thread type is 'fiber', so tests that
rely on the default never exercise coroutines, while the
threadpool tests explicitly use 'coroutine' and never exercise
fibers. As a result, the coverage measured on Tarantool (the only
runtime where coverage is collected) misses one of the two thread
backends.

Run the runner, client.invoke_fail, threadpool.args and
threadpool.worker_error tests for both backends, so a single
Tarantool run covers fibers and coroutines. Fiber subtests are
skipped under LuaJIT, where fibers are unavailable.
