feat(typegen)!: map date, time and interval columns to PostgrestDate, PostgrestTime and PostgrestInterval (#1875)

## Summary

`supabase_typegen` mapped `date` columns to `DateTime` and left `time`,
`timetz` and `interval` as `String`. None of the three has a Dart core
type that holds what Postgres stores: a `DateTime` attaches a fake
midnight to a calendar date and compares wrong against UTC values, and a
`Duration` cannot hold an interval because Postgres keeps months, days
and microseconds apart (`date '2024-01-31' + interval '1 month'` is
February 29, `+ interval '30 days'` is March 1). Following the precedent
of `PostgrestRange`, this adds value types to `postgrest` and maps the
columns to them.

## Changes

- **postgrest**: `PostgrestDate` (year, month, day; BC dates; `infinity`
and `-infinity`; `toDateTime()`; comparable), `PostgrestTime` (hour to
microsecond with an optional UTC offset so `timetz` fits in the same
type, including the `24:00:00` end of day; ordered by UTC instant like
Postgres orders `timetz`) and `PostgrestInterval` (months, days and
microseconds; parses the `postgres`, `postgres_verbose`, `sql_standard`
and `iso_8601` output styles; renders the `postgres` style byte for
byte; `toDuration()` approximates with the 365.25 days per year and 30
days per month that `extract(epoch from …)` uses). Each has `parse`,
`literal`, `toString`, `==`, `hashCode` and a `compareTo` with the
ordering Postgres applies (`timetz` by UTC instant then offset,
intervals with 30 days to a month), and the filter renderer renders them
as their literal, so they work as operands and as range bounds.
- **postgrest**: `PostgrestRange.parse` hands an `infinity` bound to the
bound parser and keeps it when the bound type has a value for it, so
`PostgrestDate.infinity` round trips through a `daterange`; `DateTime`
and `int` bounds stay unbounded as before.
