feat: harden validation edge cases, add immutable with*() builders, and unify transport HTTP handling (#637)

- Fix setScoreThreshold(0.0) null-coercion bypass when score is omitted from the API response
- Make setChallengeTimeout() fail closed (E_CHALLENGE_TIMEOUT) when challenge_ts is missing or unparseable
- Add immutable withExpectedHostname(), withExpectedApkPackageName(), withExpectedAction(), withScoreThreshold(), and withChallengeTimeout() builder methods on ReCaptcha
- Add interactive v3 example (examples/recaptcha-v3-immutable.php) and README documentation for with*() builders
- Reuse CurlHandle across submit() calls and validate CURLINFO_HTTP_CODE === 200 in CurlPost
- Validate HTTP 200 status via http_get_last_response_headers() with ignore_errors in Post
- Loop fwrite() in SocketPost to handle partial socket writes and fail cleanly on 0-byte/failed writes
- Pin roave/backward-compatibility-check:^8.22 in CI and maintain 100% test coverage
