feat(core): Group value (NewGroup) alongside the closure form

gin-style grouping was impossible: Group only existed as a closure that registers
on the outer router, and there was no *Group to hold a prefix plus middleware.

- Router.NewGroup(prefix, middles...) returns a *Group with the verb shortcuts,
  Add / AddNamed / Any, Use (affects later registrations) and the static helpers;
  Prefix() / Router() expose the context
- both forms share one registration path: applyGroup now takes the prefix and
  middleware explicitly, closure-style groups keep using the router-level state
- a group created inside a closure group inherits its prefix and middleware;
  registration after freeze panics exactly like Router.GET
- fixed a latent bug found while wiring the static helpers: StaticDir / StaticFS
  stripped the un-prefixed URL, so a static dir registered inside a closure group
  answered 404. Both forms now strip the group-prefixed path (checked: old code
  404, new code 200 for GET /api/assets/hello.txt)
- tests: prefix/middleware, global->group->nested->route->handler order, Use
  scope, closure-group inheritance, methods, named routes, freeze panic, static
  dir/fs (both forms)
- README + README.zh-CN: route group sections rewritten for the two forms
