fix(pipeline): recompute averages rather than trust the stored aggregates

load_results_from_hdf5 returned the store's own /aggregates when they were
present, recomputing only the Fourier transform. There is no staleness marker
to check them against, so a caller could get averages that do not describe the
per-site groups returned alongside them in the same LoadedResults.

Both routes go through average_chi_arrays and the groups are already in memory
by that point, so reading the stored copy saved one nanmean and cost the only
guarantee that made the result internally consistent.
