chore(deps): bump crypto to v0.57.0 (#2344)

* chore(deps): bump google.golang.org/grpc from 1.83.1 to 1.83.2 (#2342)

* chore(deps): bump Go to 1.26.8 after crypto v0.56.0 bump

golang.org/x/crypto v0.56.0 declares `go 1.26.0` in its go.mod, which
requires this module's go directive to be recorded in canonical patch
form. The crypto bump was committed without running `go mod tidy`, so
the directive stayed `go 1.26`, causing every `-mod=readonly` compile
step (build, linters, unit/proxy tests) to fail with
"updates to go.mod needed; go mod tidy".

Bump the go directive to 1.26.8 (latest 1.26.x) and align all Go
builder pins to match:
- go.mod: go 1.26 -> 1.26.8
- build/Dockerfile: GO_VERSION 1.26.6 -> 1.26.8
- test/proxy/Dockerfile_agent, Dockerfile_collector: golang:1.26.6 -> 1.26.8
- test/databind/fargate/Dockerfile_test: golang:1.26.6 -> 1.26.8
- test/canaries/deploy_macos_canaries.yml: go_version 1.26.6 -> 1.26.8

* chore(deps): bump Go to 1.26.8 in tools modules (spin-ec2, yamlgen, cdn-purge)
